Enjoying the early daylight. Started at daybreak with a walk in the woods in my big girl boots and with Henry. Lots of deer in the ballfield, including a doe with her baby. Henry showed restraint and didn't even move to scare them. Fertilized my tomatoes just a little...the rain has washed away most of what was done earlier. Have three tomatoes that may be ready soon! Need to get tick granules for the yard. Probably will mow along the road next week.Gardner has been bushhogging on the farm. Need to ask if he needs the hay in the field over here for his cows. Bill may be interested in cutting it. Will run into town today to do errands and then do some work at the store before heading out to Kathy's for a visit. If Cissy has time, will meet her to look at paint samples for the living room and kitchen. If Susan is home, will swing by to see her. It may be time to have a small gathering on the patio.
