Yesterday was pretty busy...went to Mt. Ida and got two new tires for the Honda...sat on the bench while they were put on...it was great, like sitting on a front porch and seeing everyone in town. Puttered around the house and yard most of the day and then off to the store. I was so excited when Patty came by to visit. She was in Mt. Ida for work and came by the house but Joy told her I was at the store so she stopped there. Later that evening Jody and Hugh came by. Today is Hugh's birthday and they were picking up some things to celebrate. Jody and I messed with Google docs...she is excited that she can share the stuff and is setting it up for work. This morning Joy came by before work. Her office is cooking out for lunch...they have a great grill in the back and Joy's going to pick up things for their gathering. Dottie and Mike came by last evening and Dottie invited me to lunch today at Papa Poblano's...am excited to go...we've talked about doing lunch together forever and never actually done it. New king snake in the yard...surprised me but will leave it alone. Maybe it is the progeny of the huge one down at Joy's house....he's been there for many years.
